I was watching “We Were Soldiers” last night. It was about the first Air Cav unit in Vietnam and how it was brought into being and it’s first bloody nose. I was contemplating how familiar and prophetic the theme was to our time now. We are facing a communist enemy, a large contingent of them and while they are not as disciplined as a North Vietnamese Regulars, they are too chaotic, too unfocused to be useful really in a skirmish with trained veterans and hunters. Now we hear of veterans and even serving soldiers, Marines, Airmen that are left leaning and communist in their leanings. This cadre, are they training the brown, or black if you will shirts to be our opposing force? It is possible. They have already sent out scouts and saboteurs and rangers to disrupt and define the battle space. I see war on our near horizon, a civil war that will make our second Civil War between the states as a playground spat. Again it will be against brothers and sisters and families, neighbors, towns and cities. We will be tested and we will be horrified. May God have and show Mercy upon us.

I already expect my daughters and son to be on opposite sides. The daughters are on the side of the grave dancers, one has already promised to corrupt her nieces. My son fully understood when I told him I didn’t care about his generation, but would do anything to maximize the chances of the next generation.

Considering the targeting of Tesla owners after Elon Musk sided with Trump, instead of uniforms the enemy will be identified (and in many cases mis-identified) by what they drive, whether they wear American Eagle jeans or not, what they’ve posted on social media and what sites are bookmarked on their smart phones.
This is a very good point, and is why one should generally avoid pimping personal possessions (vehicles, clothing brands, etc.) that have acquired a strong political connotation. It’s also why bumper stickers and other needless displays of one’s ideology aren’t just stupid in the new reality, but they’re dangerous. Be the grey man, and don’t make purchases to make a flashy public statement. Discreteness is a survival tactic.
Now, it’s always possible that things one already owns will suddenly take on a connotation that makes one a target of violent leftists, but there’s not much to be done about that unless you have a crystal ball that will tell you about it in advance. Avoid crowds, and stay well away from areas infested with shitlibs to the greatest extent possible.
Keep your finger on the pulse of current events. Much of the trouble people got into during the summer of love in 2020 was foreseeable, because once shit went south in Minniedishu, and started spreading to other blue hives, it was entirely predictable that there would be highway blockades, vandalism and looting in those places. I live and work close enough to an urban area that was so affected (and I knew early on it would be an issue) that I started declining to take service calls in many places I’d normally work in.
I’ve no doubt that spared myself at least a couple of likely run-ins with shitlibs out causing trouble during that period. I eventually relaxed my restrictions, but am always prepared to implement them again (and/or get the hell out of dodge) if my spidey senses start tingling. Above all else, don’t make yourself an easily identifiable target by standing out. Of course, all this advice really only applies until we are fully involved in a hot civil war, at which point one’s survival is heavily dependent on not just location and awareness of one’s surroundings, but also on the grace of God and pure dumb luck.

Being in direct contravention of a taken oath is nothing new. Look how many members of Congress, presidents and judges openly fuck off on holding to the oath they took upon entering office. Now ask yourself, how many have ever been removed from their position as a direct and proximate result of having violated their both? Uh huh. Oaths mean nothing to the unprincipled. They will take the oath, knowing full well they are bullshitting, because it is just a box that has to be checked for them to gain access to the exercise of power. And once again, those who are principled and live up to the oath they swore are at a disadvantage, because they are playing by the rules of the game against an opponent who has no concern at all for said rules, and never did.
Now, considering the utter lack of quality in the USMIL the last few decades (through a combination of political correctness, DEI and sheer desperation for warm bodies) it should come as no surprise that there are open leftists, among both current enlisted and officer ranks, and the veterans as well. And yes, as with all leftists, they should be sought out and eliminated wherever they may be, since their ideology is defective and deadly to humanity.
How about we all come together, and turn our weapons against the REAL enemy: the creeps who are shaking the red ant/black ant jar?

I am hoping to avoid open conflict, but if they force it let it happen during my lifetime so I can possibly spare my grandchildren from having to be involved actively.
