Way back in the bad ol’ days, I took a college PE course in Kundalini Yoga (taught by Sufi’s at Univ. of Oregon). Used to prep for class with a couple cups of good Columbian coffee. A large caffeine dose and go hyperventilate for an hour. The buzz was incredible.
Did you get inducted into the Sufi Brotherhood? Or entertain the Hindu way?
