WA State’s New “Assault Weapon” Ban Will Include Buying New Parts

The time is short, it’s guaranteed that this will pass the Wa Senate, it has already passed the House and that Commie Fuck Jay Inslee is drooling in his lap waiting to pass it.

They have already banned magazines that hold more than 10 rounds but this new ban is going to ban damn near anything that isn’t a bolt action gun, including the ability to buy parts for the guns you already own that will be Grandfathered in.

This state has long ago gone Full Commie but they have taken the reigns in their teeth at this point and are running unchecked.

The likelyhood that this crap is eventually ruled to be Unconstitutional is actually very high but as part of their scheming, they don’t even care about that. It will still throw a giant monkey wrench into the ability to buy or maintain semi automatic guns and will most certainly devastate the local gun industry.

BFYTW is my personal motto, I am waiting on two lowers and an upper that I dug deep to purchase before these cretins can actually get this passed.

I got them from Palmetto State Armory and they have a written policy right now to prioritize shipments to Washington State before anywhere else.

The parts however, is something I have overlooked and need to rectify immediately.

Stupid stuff like spring and pin kits will soon be unavailable to purchase in this state because of this.

Watch this video for some clarification.

Then dig deep and hurry the hell up if you live in this state and have even remotely been considering purchasing ANYTHING.

Time is running out FAST.

  1. Thing is, there are no consequences for this. The legislators, councils, governors, etc. pass unconstitutional laws, and as you said, they just don’t care. And they keep right on drawing their salaries, with no relation at all to their job performance. A lot of them even get re-elected. Just a pipe dream, of course, but I like to imagine provisions in law that any representative who votes for a law which is later thrown out on constitutional grounds is immediately removed from office, and is thereafter ineligible for holding any public post. Yeah, I know that’s weak tea, compared to other remedies – just a thought that comes through. It’d be more effective if the legal process for nullifying bad laws were swift and decisive.

Meanwhile, GOA, SAF, etc. end up spending money on legal fees to take this crap to court. So even when the law gets overturned, the gun banners at least get the satisfaction of costing us a bunch of money. It’s in effect a tax on the exercise of a right – something the lefties are all too happy about.

Been a while since I’ve done a build. I sure enjoyed doing it. Wish I had the loose funds to do another.

    • I said exactly the same thing you just did the other day but went one further.
Make them PERSONALLY pay for all the legal costs involved.
That would stop this shit dead in it’s tracks.

      • if dueling was brought back into style it would stop a lot of
this legal bullshit too. I really like that idea myself.
a whole lot of these assholes would never open their mouth if they had to back it up with their ass on a field of honor at dawn. we really need to bring that back into play here.
not that great with a sword, but pistols at 20 paces.
fuck all that going to court shit. right here, right now.

            • you guys do not understand. the whole idea behind dueling is the watch the fuckers die. and where are you going to
find spots with that much room ?
but 20 paces, you could fit one or two in every mid size town.
besides, wouldn’t you really want to shoot the fucker in the mouth ?

    • Well I live 10 minutes from PSA where my tenant buys armor. If I can help without getting him or me into trouble. Yes I need to get a gun/s.

      • Let me know. But sending across state lines could be a problem I would avoid.

  2. Dude, I know yer staying for some good reasons. But at some point you gotta just pull up stakes and find a place where you can be free.

Tell the wife you can’t stay where you are. Tell her to pack and that you, her, and her dependents, are leaving.

It ain’t like you’ll have issues finding a job elsewhere, and there’s still states where you can have at least a lot more freedom.
No place is perfect, but some places are less perfect than others.
At some point you just gotta say “fuck it” and move on.

The Liberals have got that state circling the rim. It can’t be fixed.

      • I know some. Doesnโ€™t matter. At some point you gotta either accept the shit sandwich they are giving you or move on.
No move is without issues. But Phil is the one that they all depend on, so they gotta work with him as well.

    • I can always fit people in my free state of SC in my house. Plenty of room for good Patriots.

  3. For some reason, that I can’t recall, I acquired a bunch of spare parts a couple of years go.
Oh, wait, maybe I do remember why . . .

  4. Places like onlinemetals dot com are happy to sell 0% lowers all day long. They have hundreds in stock. They’ll even join them end to end into twenty foot lengths for ease of shipping.

  5. one place to check out is CDNN sports. I gotten a lot of parts there for less money
that I could get any place else. they got a big load of Sig Sauer parts in a few years back. I bought all of the 716 piston parts I might ever need there. even a spare barrel for 100 bucks.
small parts like detents and springs are good to have on hand.
magazines are a must have item. get as many as you can.
I like C-products stainless steel magazines myself. never had a problem with any of them. I can’t say the same about Magpul ones.
you going to have to move out of state or find a “friend” who lives out of state
but close enough to make a weekend run for “stuff”
know any long haul truckers ? that live a state over ? had a buddy who did the
FLA fruit run up the east coast, he always dropped off fresh fruit to me.
for diner and more than a few beers, place to sleep. he used to buy smoke in SC and bring me up a couple of cartons each time too. at less than half what we paid
    in philly for them.
the thing is, there is always a way to get around stupid laws if you want to do it.
just look at all of the drug dealers.

  6. Unconstitutional laws? The process is the punishment. Pass enough laws in enough places and guys like SAF, GOA, and everyone defending us go bankrupt. Comparatively, even a state has the infinite checkbook compared to small organizations like them. The feds DEFINITELY have the infinite checkbook.

  7. Yes it sucks for those who waited but this is bread and circuses again. They know they are behind the 8 ball curve as there are billions of parts/guns in the hands of the normies sitting behind every blade of grass here in the FUSA.

  8. Time to get out of there. There are lotsa jobs for skilled workers in all of the free-er states. Scram while you can.—ken

  9. I know some. Doesn’t matter. At some point you gotta either accept the shit sandwich they are giving you or move on.
