More importantly than that,…if I’m at a new restaurant I’ve never been to before and I’m wondering whether it is a quality place that keeps a clean kitchen and has high standards,…I go straight to the bathroom to what condition it is in. If the bathroom is clean and well maintained,…that is a sign that they likely give a damn about standards and cleanliness. If not,…I keep on truckin.
