  1. Yeah. Looking at the spares he tried using, those tires were so damn dry rotted they were probably made during the Clinton administration. Guy tries to run his truck on ate up tires, and wonders why he keeps getting flats and blowouts. And he must never check his lugnuts for proper torque, if he had a wheel fly off like that in the first place.

Proper vehicle maintenance isn’t that tough, but it you don’t do it, yeah, you’re gonna get bit in the ass. Oh, and didn’t have a spare on his truck to start. Why would that be? Took it off to have it replaced, and then fucked off on making sure it was back in the retainer under the bed? I know guys who roll like that, and then bitch endlessly when their lack of care catches up to them.

    • The spare could have been stolen. Had that happen to me once. Damn inconvenient, I can tell you that much.

But yeah, not that likely and I had to wonder why he didn’t look for the lost wheel a little better in the first place. Seemed pretty easy to find at the last.

  2. I feel for that guy, I’ve been that poor before. Not able to afford AAA or luxury items like spare wheels or new tires. Fortunately, I no longer live that way and got to a level, with God’s help, where I can now have AAA and those things I formerly thought of as “luxuries”… insurance, a decent car, AAA, and spare wheels.

I’d say this guy simply cannot afford things that we take for granted now.

    • I get that. I too have had lean times where I rolled on tires older than I should’ve. But how old (and poorly stored) were those tires that shredded? Probably left outside in the heat and humidity forever. I never had an old tire come apart like that, and had some 15+ year old tires on a car at one point. I also never ran through 3 or 4 junk tires/rims in one day, and then made a video bitching about it. And I’d still like to know how he lost the first wheel, those are 6 lug rims, so he had to lose all 6 lug nuts (or had multiple studs break) to lose a wheel spontaneously.

This guy needs to do simple, no cost stuff like making sure his lug nuts are tight, and he could’ve avoided all the crap that happened in the video. He isn’t taking the most basic responsibility for ensuring the road worthiness of his vehicle, and he shouldn’t be revealing that by posting tiktoks. It just makes him look like a goof.

  3. I once lost my spare driving over an intersection at speed with deep gutters. Standard under the bed hard up against the bottom. Damn cable broke and dumped the tire. Luckily I felt *something* and saw it wobbling down the street behind me. Stopped – threw it in my bed – found the hub retainer – and continued going to work. Been driving a pickup since 1983 and this is the only time I’ve had it happen to me.

Three times – I would be saying a lot of means words too.

  4. The karma gods are biting him in the ass because he’s thinking in kilometers. News flash, we compute distance in feet, yards and MILES here in the USA. Leave that metric shit to the Euro weenies.

  5. Dude is a pure inspiration- I should smack myself every time I complain about some minor inconvenience. Like today- house AC motor seized. I’m in Phoenix. I got cigars and swimming pool. Life is still pretty f’n good.

  6. No spare = DUMBASS, grifter at that. Take care of your stuff shitty driver.
