Good stuff
Thank you, Phil
It’s playing right now as I cook up my Sunday breakfast feast.
That is a legendary lineup of blues men.
An early crossover with contemporary musicians and established Blues Master from when I was but a wee tadpole.

Try some Climax Blues, FM Live, played live on a NY station back in the 70’s.

Not sure when that video was shot, but I don’t think it was in this century.
I did see Foghat in 1977 or ’78, somewhere in North Carolina (memory is a bit fuzzy on those times).
Saw John Lee Hooker as the warm up act for B.B. King around 35 years ago in Santa Fe , NM at an outdoor amphitheater at the indian school.
Perfect weather that evening. Fantastic concert.
I was never able to make it to a Foghat concert. I was either working that night or broke (or both) whenever they were in town.
One of my favorite concerts of all time:
Foghat opening, BoC main act.
God I miss the old days.
My adopted brother joined up with Roger Earl in the late 80’s and was their vocalist for quite a while. He ended being the frontman for Badfinger from 98 or 99 till he died in 2015. Met Roger and Linda at my brother’s funeral.
