Dive-Medic put it up years ago, when the esteemed reader sent it to me, I knew where it had come from, and me being me(demented) well, post that sucker! It was a high voltage, high amperage shock the guy got to burn like that. I can tell you his Vagus nerve is shot too, it is the nerve bundle that connects to the reproductive organs among it other duties.
Missouri law mandates lethal electric perimeter fence around all level 5 prisons.. Definitely paying attention when removing animal or bird carcasses.
That seems like a lot to go through just to get a nurse to shave your balls.
