  1. A lot of good ideas in this video. We have been doing a lot of these just because we decided15 and 20 years ago that it just made sense to do so. One of the biggest things was to mostly stop going out to quick food joints and out to dinner 3-5 times a week. Now we go to dinner maybe once a month, if at all, and cook at home the rest of the time, meals are easy, we have learned to make things to our tastes and we spend a lot less than we used to at the stores and buying in bulk when we can. Vacuum sealing dry goods as well as meats has been good.
We also found out that just because we could afford something also meant we didn’t have to buy it. A lot of times when we finally saved up enough to purchase it we have found it lost it’s sparkly appeal and we no longer wanted it

  2. tl:dr
More words rarely results in better communication.

    The Gist:
I read probably three hundred times faster than speech.
Invariably, I read transcripts instead of the frustration associated with attempting to organize dissociated thoughts blathered from an unfocused mind… and that covers approximately 100% of females.
Apparently, the lot of them believe they should get paid by the word.
