I had a lot of trouble trying to get it to fit from a PDF file so my apologies.
this is the one big problem I had over the years, starting the seeds.
this well help with that problem I had doing that.
saving the seeds is easy compared to starting them.
and yes, I will be printing this out and putting it in a plastic holder
Thank you for this, I haven’t had much luck in the past starting from seeds. Putting in a green house as soon as the snow melts (so a month or so). Found out at the home show this weekend that the State Division of Agriculture has a micro-grants program for “food security” that can be up to $3,500 towards a green house, among other things. No guarantee but they’re taking my taxes, I might as well try and get some of them back.
Great article. Thanks Phil! I germinate (proof) my seeds in a similar manner, saves a lot of ‘oh shit’ moments of crop failure. Also, know your planting zone and when you can plant that second crop for a fall harvest.
