That’s an Ariel Atom. It’s a road-legal track-day car that is made in an industrial unit in rural England, using Honda running gear. Very quick and great fun; budget about £45,000 for a newish car with no options.
There seems to be clear plastic behind the side bars on that car. When I was driving them it was open.
Last time I heard, the record mileage between taking delivery of a new car and writing it off was eleven miles (the nearest big roundabout to the factory).
