You can’t because it doesn’t.

Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean it’s not protected by the First Amendment.

      Hate speech IS hate speech. But it’s not illegal in the USofA – at least, not yet.

      The Framers of the Constitution were very smart, inspired people!!
      (I am of the considered opinion that they were inspired by Heavenly Father (God, if you will), but YMMV.)

Another of the reasons Hitlery and Lurch(John Kerry, you know, the guy who registered his yacht in another state to evade MA excise taxes when he was a Senator there) both recently said the First Amendment is an impediment to government control (not exactly in those words, but that’s what they meant).

    Once the First Amendment is repealed or changed to include the abrogation of hate speech, they’ll be putting all of us that comment here and other places like this, AND on any social media site, IN JAIL like they’re doing in the UK presently.
