  1. Dunno. If it works, is it stupid? Akcherly I would be more worried about lighting given the sky in that picture.

    • It did with this one and we almost went out of business because of it.
They picked everything apart on the job, shut the job down, and it was because of a complaint by one of the painters helpers that we were sanding lead paint. Absolute bullshit of course.
Temporary railings on unfinished staircases, missing railings on pump jack scaffold, electric panel cover off the panel (the electrician was working on it and went to take a leak), no fall protection ON SITE (despite the fact we were not working above 6′-0″ anywhere), a couple of frayed cords and tons of “unsatisfactory” paperwork. I could go on and on.
The only reason I got the fines down from over 70K to 5Kwas because I knew one of the OSHA assholes relatives.

      • Sorry to hear that. We spend a lot of time and money in the commercial world to work with/around /through them.

Most of those idiots don’t know which end of a screwdriver to hold, but they can read their own reg’s quite well.

      • Assholes is correct I’m sure all good ole boy redneck blue collar workers have lists as well

  2. The guy on the bottom is playing with fire. Your back isn’t meant to hold that kind of weight and if something goes wrong, it will affect you for the rest of your life. I know first hand and I didn’t do anything so stupid.
