As to Greenland, looks like the deal is sovereignty over the exiting Greenland bases in perpetuity, meaning those bases are now U.S. soil and we can do whatever TF we want on those bases.
There’s probably some deal on mining rights for rare earth minerals in there also with revenue sharing for the Greenlanders which will probably be STOLEN by their government or the Denmark government..
