Rob Reiner and Wife Found Dead as LAPD Investigates ‘Apparent Homicide’

Wowww.

Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele Singer Reiner, were found dead at their Brentwood home on Sunday, according to TMZ.

The LAPD confirmed that they had responded to the home at 3:40 p.m. and discovered two deceased victims. The LAPD described the deaths as “an apparent homicide,” but did not confirm the victims’ identities. ABC7 reported that the victims appeared to have been stabbed.

A family member close to the Reiners was being questioned by authorities, law enforcement sources told the Los Angeles Times.

A Los Angeles Fire Department official stated that the deceased were a man and a woman, aged 78 and approximately 68 years old, matching Reiner and Singer’s ages. Detectives from the LAPD Robbery Homicide Division responded to the home to conduct the investigation.

I recieved an Email notification from the LA Times saying 2 people were found dead in his house but with no further info so I did a quick internet search and found the above story at Variety.com.

RIP Meathead.

  1. What poetic justice it is that Meathead gets taken out by his own demented commie creation. 😁🍻

    • And something of a relief that the murder weapon wasn’t a gun, but a knife. One less convenient “win” for those advocating the disarming of Americans to get all inflated over.

What little remaining sense of decorum I possess almost keeps me from saying this, but what the hell: Meathead has finally been made a good commie.

  2. He was terribly afflicted with TDS but I fondly remember him and the cast from “All in the Family” from years past. He was very good at his craft as an actor, producer and director. Sadly he took the part of Meathead to heart but I will not take joy in his death nor how he died unlike the ghouls who celebrated Charlie Kirks murder. No man should die a violent death. Rest in Peace Meathead.

    • This. Spinal Tap…Princess Bride…but I’m fairly certain he is not, nor will he ever be “resting in peace”. And that saddens me.

    • He was one for whom I could no longer separate the artist from the art. These celebrity leftists only get so much slack from me before I give them the big piss off. He was in that category, as is DeNiro, among plenty of others.

Once they get so virulently outspoken, my willingness to afford some level of accommodation for their idiocy runs out. These are the ones who would want me in a camp, or dead, on account of my political beliefs, and they have said as much. Thus, there can be no compromise, and no peace with them. In turn, a death of one of theirs is a net positive for me and mine. And I’ll make no apologies for that viewpoint.

Finally, for those who mourn the loss of creative output, stop worrying about that. Hollywood/TV hasn’t made jack shit worth watching in a very long time now, and Meathead’s best work was well behind him.

  3. Alec Baldwin … killing on movie set drama, Kathy Griffin … cancer, Rob Reiner… murdered. From now on I’m keeping my opinions of Trump to myself.

  4. I’ll be glad to donate $50 to the murderer’s Go Fund Me campaign if there is one…(I can dream, can’t I?)

What are the odds that Flump will order US flags to be at half mast to honor that POS?

    • Yeah, because the penny has been removed from circulation. If it had been in England, he’d be getting the farthing tour…

Not that I care, mind you. He was just an actor.

  5. Finally, an end to the nonsensical far left lunatic positions he espoused. I, for one, will not miss him or his “work”.

Now if Fonda, Hitlery and a few others followed, the world would be a better place

  6. I was hoping to read Hanoi Jane’s obituary, but I will accept this one.
Should we be celebrating in the streets about him in the same fashion as the Dementocrats did with Charlie Kirk?

  7. As someone who firmly believes in Karma, I offer my condolences to their loved ones. I am not sad that his inflammatory rhetoric has been silenced. And I won’t be sad when Soros, Killery, and the rest of the Davos crowd to join him.

  8. Satan is showing him the thermostat on his cell and letting him know that “These go to 11.”

  9. His son has been arrested. Had a branch mgr years ago from Cali. Found out few years later he retired back there and his druggie son murdered him and his wife as well.

  10. A shitty leftist father as well. His fuckup in that area was his undoing. Kid probably couldn’t wait for them to die so he could get more drug funds.

  11. These comments show Jesus lives in the hearts of all the fine Christians who inhabit this blog.

    • Also just asking… I am a course Christian, don’t confuse me with a fine Christian. I firmly believe we haven’t punched enough people in the throat, or stuffed enough into lockers when they needed it back in school and hung enough of people who really need killing.

      • Young people are giving up on God in droves. To get them back hypocritical old Christians need to clean up their act. Doing the right thing is hard. Not doing the wrong thing is pretty easy. Don’t dance on someone’s grave.

          • Are you saying that young people would return to God if old Christians were even MORE hypocritical? Interesting variation on Christ’s teachings you have there.

  12. Sorry, but I am not able to give a tinkers damn about someone that wants me to die, someone that wants to destroy my way of life.

May God have mercy on his soul, because I won’t.
