I’m beginning to get a subtle hint that coffee plays a big part of your universe, CederQ. AmIright?
I used to work with a guy who would snort a line from a jar of reagent grade caffeine. Back in the bad ol’ days when we did real hands on chemistry. Said it stung pretty bad, but did the job.
We synthesized gen-u-wine acetylsalicylic acid in the biochem lab one year, just a little bit o’ powder on your finger would be the equivalent of four tablets (almost 1000 mg)! I know what you’re sayin’.
I once had an automotive instructor that would drink 2-3 pots of coffee by noon. One pot at home before he left for work, another pot between the time he got to work and classes started (an hour to an hour and a half), and anywhere from a cup to an entire pot stretched out during class time (7:30-noon).
I always had one question and one certainty… I never knew how he kept his hand steady enough to backprobe a wire, but I was darned certain his insides were clean as a whistle.
