That might fit a lot of us, if the word plants is changed to dogs.
“plants”
I couldn’t tell ya how many times I have just threw a piece of rag or paper towel over a bad owie and wrapped it in electrical tape and just cleaned the blood off the floor and kept working.
Roger that! A rag!? I shoulda thought of that! Electric tape was the universal “go to” in tree service.
I hate it when the blood dripping on my work is messing it up, and it annoys me that I have to stop and tape it up
I have used Duct Tape on occasion, but either electrical tape or surgical tape does the job. Usually had a Band-Aid as the substrate so it wouldn’t stick to the wound – that’s my First Aid training kicking in.
The Duct tape was a special circumstance. It worked splendidly.
“Plants”????
With Phil I would think he had tools to take care of.
Phil has plants of a sort, they’re tools that grow rust, and he harvests it.
Nothing happens quickly with plants, so sit your ass down and wait.
He left out a word, it was power plants.
Been there, done that. Medical staff in general, but hospital staff in particular, have some kind of God-complex they develop.
Probably spent 3 hours in the waiting room to be triaged, another 2 sitting in back after they took his BP, and in the end could have sealed it w/ super glue just fine. I bet the hospital still stuck him w/ a 1500-dollar bill, too.
Well…yeah, so?
