The reason that’s funny is cause it’s true coulda been my car
if it was a damn bumper jack, it would have been me many years ago.
god, I hate those damn things. dad car died on the road and I had to crawl under it to fix some damn thing. only thing I remember the most was the fucking jack slipping and breaking 2 ribs when it did fail.
The only discrepancy is that it would have been in a gravel driveway.
I can tell you from personal experience, you haven’t lived until you have done a complete engine swap in a sloped gravel driveway by yourself.
did do a few of them on the street though. no driveway or garage, just out front of the house.

Worst I ever did was a Mustang clutch on the side of the road, by myself. Asphalt, not gravel. The frozen slush starter was no fun either, but at least I had a garage.
