Those cylinders, are a pair of streamlined fluid tanks. Possibly one Gas, one Water. The tiny finned breadbox at the front is the radiator.
I’ve seen the photo before. I think the car is French.
Where is the ash tray? It was build before the health fascists started on anti smoking so it’s a valid question. >};o)
