While I was prepping my trailer on July 29th heading down to Phil’s place I experienced a small pop in my right knee and while painful did not interfere with my task. I drove down to Phil’s place and once there had more discomfort and less strength and dexterity. The pain and discomfort seemed to decrease so when it was time to move in I had some problems but got the job done with my brother’s help. Since then it has gotten worse, making it difficult to walk and sit for a length of time until this morning while standing from my recliner to get a refill of coffee it decided to tear all the way through and dump me on my ass on the floor… Dragged myself to my telephone to call my brother for assistance. Now don’t tell me I should have called a waaahbulance, I have a mortal fear and paranoia about the back of ambulances and will not willingly get into one. First and second heart attacks I had in swamp Alabama I drove myself 35 miles to the hospital. So spent the day at ER, then an Orthopedic clinic getting xrayed, MRI’d, poke, prodded and a diagnoses of a completely torn ACL… fuck the donkey I rode in on. I am home, knee wrapped bigger then my head and good drugs….

Yet Another Food Source Burns To The Ground.

PENDLETON, Ore. (KPTV) – A fire destroyed a building at the flour mill in Pendleton overnight.

On Tuesday, just before 3 p.m., crews responded to the report of black smoke coming from the Pendleton Flour Mills with no visible flames. Crews responded and extinguished a small fire, but remained on scene to watch for hot spots.

Police said the fire reignited at about 4 a.m. on Wednesday. The building was fully engulfed due to dry grain, as well as the wood structure.

The building where the fire was located is considered a total loss. Police said there were no other structures involved.

According to police, the fire is burning slow due to the amount of grain in the building. People are being asked to avoid the area while crews remain on scene.

Southeast Emigrant Avenue and Southeast Dorion Avenue are closed near the area of the fire. People are being asked to use Southeast Court Avenue and Southeast Frazier Avenue for east-west traffic.

The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.

This time a flour mill.

Right off the top of my head I’m thinking there probably aren’t a whole lot of those around here anymore.

Now there is one less.

Wheat flour is a staple food item.

This is going to have some serious long term repercussions.

Joe Kent Beats Huerra Beutler In SW WA 3rd District Primary.

Everybody was watching this one like a Hawk around here.

Beutler was the chick who stabbed Trump in the back and voted for impeachment.

Trump returned the favor and backed Kent.

Now Kent has to run off against the Dem opponent in November.

This is where I figure the numbers are going to get massaged real good.

It took one entire week just to get the results for this primary.

Not even 150,000 votes to count.

Bunch of fucking horse shit.

They quit counting over the weekend , then quit counting AGAIN Monday afternoon.

I kept waiting for ‘The Spike” but he held on in the end.

Good Riddance to Jaimie Herrera Beutler.

She pretty much didn’t do a damn thing of note the entire time she was in office.

Except stab Trump in the back.

Looks to me like a whole bunch of people remembered that.
