Back when I worked in the ED, some of the other nurses would pierce each other’s belly buttons during downtime. Likely other piercings as well. But I can’t say that I didn’t thoroughly enjoy sticking patients with needles. Anyone want a piercing 😂? Bueller? Ferris Bueller? And I won’t even tell you about some of the very strange places that I had to remove body jewelry from on psych patients. Everything had to be removed, they were only allowed a paper gown.
