Cataracts: so it turns out that high-dose steroids, like you get with chemo, exacerbates cataract growth. I’ve got one going gangbusters in my right eye. The left one is fine. Of course, I am right-eye dominant.

I have had both lenses replaced a definite improvement! So good I am 20/15 vision.
I remember my grandmother was royally upset with her cataract surgery. It gave her age spots.
Retinal surgery and laser retinal repair seems to have accelerated the cataract in my right eye. Was out shooting sporting clays recently and several clay pigeons just disappeared while I was tracking them.
Most people can read but their reading comprehension is limited.
