I do not call them pitfalls; I call them perks for growing old.
I have amassed many of these perks lately.
Life is the pits when you fall…
Did that to myself earlier this year. Just beginning to recover from it.
Only using a cane so far. Maybe next year I can go walking with the cane.
Will miss raising cane, though.
Oh, c’mon Cederq, we’ve heard tell, in these very pages, that you’re not into changing your undies often enough for that system to work very well.
When I want to know what day of the week it is, I move the cursor over to the little calendar gizzy in the lower right corner of the screen.
We’ve traded those out for the daily pill organizers. And we have Irish to re-synch our weekly reckoning every Friday.
No longer necessary when everyday is Saturday.
Thar ya go. Been that way ever since I retired. Love these looong weekends.
I bought a day of the week clock, it was like $50 on Amazon, all it does is point to what day it is.
The sad thing is every now & then it’s really useful.
