    • yes. get the one with the diesel engine in it too !
you can run it on almost anything.
it also why you can not touch a old Hilux that is rebuilt for less than 70 grand or better.

I googled “yollar fatihi” and found out it is Turkish for “knight of the road”. I’m guessing that the rolling chassis were imported without bodywork to avoid import duties and someone in Turkey built the body using only a carpenters square.

  2. No way do I believe that Edsel pic hasn’t been photo-shopped. With a front end loader AND a backhoe, I would expect the weight would have that beast practically kissing the ground. Don’t think the suspension could handle it.

    • I think the extra bits are made of wood. It says FEMA on the frame and SHOVEL READY in the bucket so I suspect someone was making a political statement regarding Obama’s stimulus program.

Already drove ’em back in 2003 – they were all over Diego Garcia. Small, lightweight, underpowered. You’re welcome to ’em.

Just recently saw an equipment dealer here in Spokane Valley that had about half a dozen of ’em for rent or sale. Don’t see ’em any more, I wonder where they went.
