Before I die I am going to get me one of those early 60’s Chevy or GMC pick-em-trucks with the signal lamps above the head lamps
12 I always thought those old ford step sides were fugly
kind of funny how back in high school you could get a lot of those old truck for under 200 bucks ? my buddy john went thru a half dozen by his last year.
I wanted my dad’s truck, a 68 chevy C20 big inline 6 and cast iron 4 speed
I rebuilt the engine for him back in 1975 and it ran even better according to what he told mom. never told me that, might get a big head or something ?
about 1980’s something we asked his brother t sell it down in KY.
never happen as he found out how good of a truck it was. never changed the oil
or anything, he drove it till it died. when I found out it was long gone.
Sweet, and not one of ’em had low profile tires and ghetto wheels from “Rent & Roll”
Oh wait…..
I couldn’t resist the flamed Chevy Shortbox… I don’t like ghetto tires and rims either. I hang my head in somewhat shame….
does kind of make it look cheap. flames ? really
just a good solid color or maybe two tone.
but flames on a good truck ? a chopped merc.
yeah.
You MUST be younger then me… flames on a station wagon were cool!
What’s up with the tailgate on that 60-something orange Chevy?
Chevrolet is painted backwards on the inside of the tailgate????
Your right, I never noticed that! Maybe the owner wants to look through his rear view mirror and remind himself he is driving a Chevrolet…
No, that is not a “1960 Jeep Willey”. It’s not the dick of a 1960 Jeep.
It’s a 1960 Willys Jeep.

I flucked up, I admit it, it is corrected…
