  1. All excellent but I prefer those big black smoke belching ones. They piss the weenies off.

  2. Someday will you do a series of train bridges and old train stations? Asking for a friend 🙂

    • The old train stations aren’t a problem, it is finding trestle bridges and viaducts, I have a few and when I get enough to make a post I will. I have had other requests for the same thing, I haven’t forgot that. One problem is everybody seems to monetize(paywall) their blog and want you to pay to steal their stuff . Sorry, I am po’ folk and ain’t got the bucks to do that.

  3. Question to all of you knoweldgable people: Why aren’t modern locomotives referred to as 2-0-2, 3-0-3 or 4-0-4?

        • Copy/paste the URL and replace [dot] with a period and they will.
I avoid placing “live” links in comments sections.

          • Are you going by Drake now? A male duck, seems appropriate… You can put links up, we don’t mind, if more than two it will moderate it and one of us will have to approve it. It is so we can check the links to make sure they ain’t taken us to dark snuff or scam site…

            • Appreciate the offer to include full html link but I just won’t do that. Again, thank you for that offer.

Using Drake – after initial comment, if I follow up in the same comment thread, simply saving keystrokes.
