BNSF 5321 under the train bridge might be that loop they have to use in Wyoming I think it is

The string of yellow track maintenance cars with the Porta Potty is on the rail line going between Bellingham and Everett, Wa. Looking at the angle of Mt. Baker in the background, I’d say the shot is probably down around Everett somewhere, or possibly somewhere further south, along the section between Everett and Edmonds..
