Had to discover what the “CLR” was – figured it was armored, military. Nope – Central London Railway. I’m guessing it’s double-ended, so it can pull either way, without needing a roundhouse to turn around.
It was used for pushing good wagons over the hump.
Isn’t CLR the stuff that cleans Calcium Lime and Rust out of your shower heads and coffee makers?
