Not sure what I’m looking at, but looks like you’re trying to get the adjustment screw out of a press brake die holder with an easy out. Remember this is the second Monday this week so prepare accordingly!

Hey, at least you got it out, which is not my forte any more. My last two tries have ended in disaster!
Ahhh…the good old square EZ-Outs! Got a couple of sets in my roller.
You know me, pounding square pegs into round holes since forever!
Easy-out is a very ironic name. They aren’t easy, and it doesn’t come out very often.
Rarely do I ever experience the “easy” when outing.

I finally gave up on “easy outs”. I would drill a hole through the broken bolt just a bit smaller that it and use a tap to clean out the hole. You had to be really close to center and the tap would break the rest of the stuck bolt into chips.
but as long as your gettin paid and its not your personal stuff.
