Not So Fast Katy, Arizona Attorney General Says Vote Results Can’t Be Certified Due To Multiple Irregularities On Election Day

They have until November 28th to get it all straightened out, which isn’t going to happen.

The beginning of the letter demands they explain the multiple printer configuration issues reported by hundreds of voters that caused multiple cascading issues afterwards.

Written reports on how they fixed it, who fixed it etc. etc. etc.

There were thousands of complaints about several different issues.

Tom Liddy, Civil Division Chief, Maricopa County Attorney’s Office

Pursuant to Arizona law, Maricopa County was required to complete “reconciliation of
ballots cast against check ins” at the voting locations before leaving the voting location, not at
central count. See A.R.S. §§ 16-564(A), -602(A), -607(A), -608(A),(B), -614, -615(A),(B), and –
616; see also 2019 Elections Procedures Manual, Ch. 9 (VIII).
Please provide a copy of each voting location’s Official Ballot Report, including any
discrepancies in the report and explanations for any such discrepancies. Please also provide a
written statement clarifying the “reconciliation” that appears to have occurred at central count on
or around November 16, 2022. Finally, please provide a written report regarding how many ballots
were commingled, how many ballots were placed inside the black duffle bags intended for

tabulated ballots, how and when Maricopa became aware of the related problems, and how these
problems were ultimately resolved.
Arizonans deserve a full report and accounting of the myriad problems that occurred in
relation to Maricopa County’s administration of the 2022 General Election. As the canvass is
looming, and these issues relate to Maricopa County’s ability to lawfully certify election results –
the Unit requests a response to the aforementioned issues on or before Maricopa County submits
its official canvass to the Secretary of State, which must occur on or before November 28,

  1. See A.R.S. § 16-642(A).
    Sincerely,
    Jennifer Wright
    Assistant Attorney General

You can read the letter the AG sent in PDF form here.

If Maricopa County can’t resolve the multiple issues by the 28th, then they can’t certify the election.

If Maricopa County can’t certify the election then none of the other counties can either.

Shit is about to get real interesting down there and Kari Lake was absolutely correct in not conceding the election.

  2. The Feds will step in and lean on anyone preventing certification. They aren’t about to let the ‘steal’ get short circuited by honesty.

  3. How is it legal that one of the people running for governor is also the same person that is charged under state law with overseeing that same election AND is privy to all results, including running totals as votes are counted, before they are announced to the public/voters and the other candidate?

I can smell the fraud from here and I live 2500 miles away.

  4. This is exactly what PDJT was encouraging his 2 to do in and after November 2020. That guy coulda and shoulda but wouldn’t.

  5. Y’all ever heard of an outfit named Runbeck? Maricopa County is partnered up with them. https://runbeck.net/

“Runbeck Elections is a subject matter expert on process. They are always involved and want to know more. Runbeck is reliant as a partner not a vendor; their competence helps them identify issues before they become an issue.”
    – Rey Valenzuela
Director of Elections, Maricopa County Elections

  6. Apparently the Maricopa county Attorney is the Son of the late G. Gordon Liddy of Watergate infamy. Interesting to find the Son keeping up the family tradition of being neck deep in all manner political shennanigans.
