  1. I know people who drink gallons of the stuff (100 octane) through the day and say, “I only wish!”

    • try drinking some juice the night before. it helps when on pain meds.
      I found that a single 12 oz. glass will help with that problem.
      then too, it depends on whatever you eat everyday.
      but as a rule, you need to drink a fair bit of just (?) plain water to keep your gut working right.
      back in the army, after 4-7 days of c rats, they always had plenty of 3.2 beer and salad to get your gut to work again. talk about cramps !
      c- rats got like concrete in your gut after a few days of them.
      Lurp rats where not any better either. although you could add water and strap them to the top of your ruck to heat up before you tried to eat them. best part, was the corn flake bar.

  2. A cup of coffee and a bowl of oatmeal. You can almost HEAR the turdbines spooling up about twenty minutes later!!!

    • Oatmeal makes me fart so hard I gotta check the calender when done. Once got blasted 2 days ahead. The seat of my underwears looked like somebody was mixing adobe.

  3. Actually coffee that has the opposite effect on me and it raises my blood pressure. I’m better off with a cup of English or Irish Breakfast tea.
