Lead Zupplin tossed them off Zupp’s tour (they were the opening act) when the fans at the old Detroit’s Olympia wanted to hear them more than Zupp. Or maybe that was Grand Funk. Anyhow, true story about Grand Funk. Someday maybe they’ll be recognized.
