Wifey Unit says this is accurate.
I started stocking up during the clinton years. if I even thought is would get this nuts ,I would have bought it by the skid load. last summer when taking the grandkid to the range, open a box of winchester 22,s guess the price on the box ?
14.95 for 555 rounds back then. still buy ammo if it at a good price to add to the stock, and I also reload a bit. but I would really like to be able to buy nato 7.62 for 22 cents a round again, or radway green for 24-25 cents a round.
primers alone used to be 21 bucks per thousand and now ? last ones I saw where close to 100 bucks per thousand ??
