I prefer to soak in a nice hot garden tub with Epsom salt , any other use is wasteful.
Epson Salts in a warm/hot saturated solution is VERY useful for soaking limbs that are damaged externally and reduces infection chances by a huge positive factor – don’t know the numbers, but I know it works. Done it many times. Old Wives doctoring.
