chuckling, if the weight rating is about 400 pounds
It’s not. I have the same ladder. The max weight is 250.
Yep. OSHA-approval on that is 250. That boy’s at least 350.
Overloaded but stable. Heh!
I work with some fat bastards, so all of our ladders have to have the max rating of 375 lbs (Type 1AA),and be fiberglass, which means heavy. I think a couple of guys technically can’t be on them.
Have any of the ladders collapsed under the tonnage? You know that is a conservative weight limit. I am sure the ladders are stressed for at least an additional 100 pounds or so…
Cederq, that may be so at the start of the day, but what about after smoko? Those doughnuts and coffee all add up, you know.
3 point contact.
With an OSHA approved ladder.
