I believe that’s a Sphynx, one of the hairless cat breeds. Its just a kitten, and very scared. They were bred to accommodate people who are allergic to cat dander, but want a cat anyway. Yes, the poor things are ugly, but lack of a proper coat means they need special care. Not healthy for them. Some breeders don’t stop to think that just because they CAN doesn’t mean they SHOULD! All about the money. . .
