Having seen and heard Bagpipes being played less than five feet away from me last Fall at my Aunt’s funeral procession, this blows my mind.

Wowzer, that’s pretty neat – and the piper is easy on the eyes!
Good piping for sure, but I still prefer a marching band with 20 pipers n drums playing Scotland the brave.
Young lady’s got mad skills.
Best use of bagpipes I’ve ever seen.
My family knows one rule. The pipes must play at my funeral. Got a long discussion over at Chant Du Depart going by that statement quite awhile back. Many also offered up great samples.
The pipes and banjo are my two favorite instruments even though my brother stole all the musical talent before I came along. I love the pipes and thank you. It doesn’t hurt being a little Irish either and St. Paddy’s day coming up. I go where I can hear the pipes play.
If you are a fan of the pipes, check out an outfit called ‘Tartanic’.
They’re out of Houston, and play a lot of the cons and renaissance
faires in the SW.
A guaranteed fun time to be had by all
I’ve long liked this clip.

She sure can work a pipe!
Rossington would be proud of her, I think.
I don’t really know anything about pipes and pipers, but Mrs and I went to Scottland in ’98 and one night at dinner, the restaurant had a lone piper playing outside with the windows open and the lights turned down. He was piping slowly and softly and even so, the sound carried and filled the room. Wouldn’t have believed if, if I hadn’t seen it myself. Server told us that was how the Lairds had their pipers play at supper, but how would I know. Anyway, it was the damnedest, most mournful thing I’ve ever heard, nothing like this gal, and still haunts me to this day.
O Danny Boy, The Pipes, The Pipes are calling…
