One of my brothers dubbed it a “smartass phone”, and I’ve called it that ever since. I resisted getting one for a long time because I refused to keyboard with my thumbs. I have a bluetooth keyboard that will do the job, but it’s a cumbersome piece of crap too.

Still use my flip phone. Still will for the forseeable future. Husband got a fartsmone about a month ago, and for a computer savy guy, he has gotten livid over that piece of crap. I like having a decent sized screen so I can see what I am typing. So Linux computer and flip phone work reasonably well.
Oh and for most things, husband still uses his flip phone too.
