Yeah, it’s tiny. Yeah, it looks like a toy.
But, BOY would it be useful in tiny spaces.
I’m lazy too, Phil, and wonder what the payments would be!!
Would be ok in place with soft clean dirt. That thing would choke and die on my property. When we did an addition a few years ago the excavation contractor used a full size Takeuchi for the foundation and septic. He broke the teeth on the bucket three different times because the ground was so hard with so many big rocks.
You can rent a small hoe for $235,100 per year.
😂🇺🇸
You can also rent a small ho for $20. But, well, wrong type of hoe…
There was a guy, used to sell plans for building a small one. I wonder if he’s still around somewhere?
Looks fragile…
Not as fragile as my mid-century back.
I First saw one in Japan in ’92 in between two buildings. It started my thing for miniature stuff. Cool, huh?
Yeah it is tiny, and may be useful in very small spaces. Guess what, so is a damn shovel, which is just as big as the bucket, smaller, lighter, and a hell of a lot cheaper. Quoit being a lazy fuk.
I’m lazy. I’m overweight. I have a bad back.
Yeah, I can still run a shovel, but if power equipment exists that fills the bill, I’ll use it. Can’t run a shovel as well at 70 than I could at 18.
And he smells too…. lol…snarc…. gasp….
There are lots of DIY backhoe websites (digger in Britain or Australia)

Sounds like a great business to get into: “Tiny Killdozers, Inc.”
It looks like a big Tonka Tractor hoe, kinda like a harris.
