Hey friend, the problem with your plan is the hope part.
You should already own a small one and lots of them little berries that go through it.

Might need to go Pre-Industrial Revolution and set up a Mill near a fast running water source.
Already have 3 mills. One CL with the augurs and replacement parts. A WM which is great for making your own masa. Use Hearing protection when grinding as it is LOUD. Plus a small hand grinder. And all the grains to run through them.
Sour Dough Bread with fresh ground Rye flour is really nice.
If you have a welding machine, cutting torch, and half a brain, you can make the sun rise. Your imagination will furnish the rest. If you’re stupid, you’re screwed. Nature’s way of eliminating the dumb ones.
