Maybe the car in front is some idiot doctor who got hisself some dang “MD” plates.
(I’ve never understood why some asshole would want MD plates. But apparently they get broken into because idiots think doctors carry drugs around with them.)
There is a logo on the back but i can’t identify it. When the kids were small the province had rural health nurses that would come do an in home checkup of mom and baby. The sides of the car said provincial health authority and the back said just like the pic above that there were no drugs onboard.
