well, mom always said it was I was quiet that she worried about what I might be up to. and god knows I gave her plenty to worry about when I was in my teens.
dad had a good shop in the basement and a metal lathe with tooling.
I not going to say anymore than that.
but I did make myself a rather nice deer rifle by the time I was 17.
Mauser action, 22 inch barrel. 257 Roberts. light maple stock. nice.
took me almost 2 years on and off. but I did it.
dad took a few of my “projects” to the power hacksaw and cut them to small bits.
and got rid of the bits on me too. anything else I claim the 5th.
never got the laugh part down though? does it matter ?
