Could only be improved if hundreds were scavenging.
THAT is how you can tell it’s an old picture!
He is gonna be paying for that cracked gold for the rest of his life…
What does a dozen eggs cost now?
I have 12 birds and “grow my own”, so I really don’t know. I sell my extra eggs to fellow churchmembers for $4/dozen, and nobody is complaining.
I live south of Eugene, Orygun about 20 minutes.
Damn Scott, I live south of Roseburg by about the same… $4 bucks, hmmm.
COSTCO in Spokane still has ’em for $4/dozen, although we buy the two dozen pack.
I paid $4.99 for a doz jumbo’s Thursday.
If I remember correctly, large were $4.79/doz. Couple weeks ago large were over $7.50/doz so I passed as did a whole bunch of other people. I saw one woman walk away shaking her head grumbling about the price. I think she said something to the effect of they’ve got a gun to our heads.
They’re slowly changing over to 18 packs at the store I shop. The egg case had as many 18 packs as dozens of large and jumbo’s combined. I don’t recall what the 18 pack price was.
I live in central New England.
Sold my house so I had to give my chickens away. Gave them to a friend of son in law so I could get some back some day if able.
Does this remind anyone of the scene from Animal House when the Deltas were being kicked out and the moving guy dropped the box of booze, breaking all the bottles, and Bluto screamed?
It did not but that is one of many great scene’s there especially when Eric Stratton (Tim Matheson) kyped that bottle of Jack out of the case walking by gave it to blutto and he chugged the whole thing
