  1. have a PPK/s myself in 22lr. it is my second one. lost the first one in my divorce.
West German made, both of them. one I got while in Germany back in the 1970’s
the second one at a local gun shop who got it from a estate.
it was like new in box shape. accurate as hell too. I can empty the magazine inside
of 2 inches at 25 yards all day long. finding and buying extra magazines are hard
or rather pricey at 50 bucks and up a pop. “real” older magazines are over 100 !
looked at the “new” ones they selling now. just not the same as that old German
made steel ones are. then again, not much is made today is like what they used to make back then.
never thought of using a U-haul for a mobile home before. might work, I guess
but you better work on it first.

  2. I’m happy for the GP100 exposure, CederQ, but I’d rather have it posed with some Sexy Young Thang with an oiled body and plenty of Underboob.

Is that too much to ask??

    4- choose ALL the images.
7- a tailgunner in a wagon would have been my ideal childhood experience growing up!
    10 – Senora Muerte
19 – nice large-capacity flammenwerfer. Too big for me, though.
    21 – heh
    36 – golf cart tailgunner
39 – nice distraction, guys won’t even see the gun…
46 – THIS is what I would want for displaying the GP100
50 – I rather enjoyed bowhunting, I thought it was more sporting too!
54 – no kitchen, no toilet, no refrigerator. No.
56 – good pic of you in your younger days, CederQ !

    • Hey, I don’t pick them, I just do the slave labor posting them… And, making snide comments, I call it my editorial discretion which I am anything but.

      • Busted Nuckles is the meme and visual equivalent of eating at Mom’s Cafe: Order what you want, eat what you get.

    • It is! I’ve never found anyone commenting online other than me who liked Heavy Metal or it’s soundtrack, also great!

        • I think she was in the movie “wizards” first.
or that where I first saw her. back in the late 1970’s
west Berlin movie theater on post.

  3. I reloaded some 9mm today, The box of primers has $20 marked on it. I guess I got them 30 years ago. A 2 cent primer, with a 2.2 cent powder load, and a free lead projectile makes for a cheap bullet. It works good in the 1911.

  4. Ah, #25. The GI Joe footlocker. Also had the GI Joe jeep with the 106mm recoilless rifle that actually fired projectiles, using spring power of course. And the GI Joe Mercury Capsule with astronaut GI Joe. Damn fantastic toys. Played the hell out of all of them.

And then Hasbro pussified old Joe and made him ‘Adventure’ and ‘Eco-Friendly’ Joe. No guns, no cannon, no spaceships. Totally pussified.

As to the blessing of the guns, yeah, some places that’s a real thing. Dad remembered Mass before first day of duck season or deer season and all the hunters getting blessed and getting their guns blessed.

    • Me to almost beans. Older brothers howitzer would launch, mine had a block molded in just above the spring launcher. Nothing a soldering iron slipped through the spring slot couldn’t melt to open it up. Had the helicopter as well. Lost most of the 1911’s but boxed up and in storage to this day waiting on a grandson.

  5. Where do I see myself in 5 years? Probably the same as today, in a mirror.
