When I was in the reserves, I rather liked my gold oak leaves. The guy with the silver oak leaves was the one who had to deal with the political shitballs. I made it a point of be OUT of the office when ever possible. I tended to lean towards begging forgiveness than asking permission. Then again, like Warrant Officers, I was a Mustang.
Outside of the Woagies who are aviators, does anyone know exactly what it is that Warrants do?
Asking for an old infantryman…….we didn’t have Warrants in the infantry so they were a total mystery to us.
