Thanks a bunch guys, for #35. Now I have to dig through my stack of old computers and see which one has the bootleg copy of Unigraphics NX 3D CAD solid modeling software, so I can create a parametric model of that Rocket Propelled Chainsaw. A local gunshop sells chainsaws as an under barrel attachment for AR-15s, so I ALSO have to con my Plague Nun into letting me buy it. Grumble, squawk, scream…

The powder does tend to feel granular and can over dry.
I soak a level cup of it in a quarter cup of habanero juice for 24 hours and that seems to resolve those 2 issues.
