  1. Great selection.
    I have the Tisas, “poors” version of the Border Special. They seem to retail from $450-550. The only MIM part is the recoil spring plug, the rest is all tool steel, milled. An amazing lack of machining marks internally. Frame and slide are forged. Best, most accurate, reliable 1911 I’ve ever had. I’ve had and horse traded away well north of a dozen. The bobtail, Commander sized Tisas, Carry is non trading stock.

  2. I spent some time going through my red dots, hologram sights, lasers, and gun mounted flashlights this weekend. Everything got new batteries. I also loaded up more of my magazines.

  4. I’m not a fan of black powder and especially not flint guns, but I’d cheerfully take any or all of those three in 46 or 47 whichever number they are.
