11 That’s funny shit right thar.
13 May be, but I can still hit my target.
14 If you haven’t seen it, you’re a deprived child. That fag decaprio got credit for a stunt they stole and used in The revenant which was a great movie because of Tom Hardy and the others, not the fag. Angie was smokin hot.
15 That’s a lie or I’d have Sydney Sweeney hanging off my arm, maybe it was the ocean shipping container accident.
21 1941, when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor

  4. I loved the Haunted Tank comic as a kid, even remember that price point. Ugh. I have a 410 pistol, it’s fun until you shoot it.

    • +1 on the “Haunted Tank”. There is one story that sticks with me still. There are two story lines. One is of a young French Lieutenant who was wounded in the throat leading an infantry charge in WWI. We see him in a later panel, sitting in a rocking chair by a window in his home in a small town in France. His hair is turning grey and there is a rifle leaning against the wall.

The Haunted Tank rolls into the town, unaware that German tanks have set up an ambush. As the Germans are about to spring their trap, the French Lieutenant takes his rifle and fires a shingle shot that rings the church bell in the steeple, a warning to the Haunted Tank of the danger.

The end of the story explains that this is what the French Lieutenant had been waiting all those years for–a chance to fire one more shot, a chance to make a difference.

  5. #3: The Between the Elephant’s Eyes is by Robert L. Scott who also wrote God is my Copilot and it’s about a walking safari he took trying to chase down and shoot an enormous elephant. Lots about Africa in the old, happy days, flying and also Roy Weatherby. It does not end like you’d think an elephant hunting story would end. See can you find a copy someday.

  6. Bought “Haunted Tank” in a comic book vending machine in the 60’s. A dime and 2 penny”s in the slot. There ya go.
