So one of the primary purposes of the hat is to block the sun from your eyes/face. Yet I continually see old cowboy pics (#7 above) where the two on the left have the front brim folded all the way back, providing absolutely no protection for the face. I don’t understand that at all. I can see cocking the hat back while talking or posing for a pic, like the three on the right, cause you can always re-adjust once your back working outside. IDK. Just an oddity.
About as smart as turning your ball cap around, right?
Hollywood
I always wondered about that. My theory is they wanted their faces to show up better in the picture by not hiding from the flash.
2 So fuckin what, show us your tits.

37 Okay, that’s funny shit also.

37–except that Gavrilo Princip used a semiauto, not a revolver.
#1 A 5.56, 7″ AR is a liability. It’s a little better than 22 magnum performance…I think.
Even with a 10.5″ barrel, the M193 (original duty load) only performs properly out to about 80+ yards.
If it’s a 300BO or 7.62×39, well that’s a whole different story, but it will still have way too much flash and blast.
29: For rapid deployment, hat wheelgun should be laying on its other side; that is, barrel closest to the plate.
Out freakin’ standing – you make my Monday with these – thanks.
