  1. You know your old when you have to roll over to your hands and knees and slowly get up. Anything to grab onto would help tremendously for balance while commiting such a strenuous act.

  2. Yoga training helps a lot in this respect, strengthens your core muscles and helps with flexibility. But I still gotta ask why the husband keeps asking me to practice the downward facing dog pose. Any clues? 😂
