It’s hard to believe these guys are actually coming to my back yard.
They usually play to international crowds in the hundreds of thousands.
Gonna take my son and my nephew, gonna make some memories for the younger ones for when I am gone.
They are stoked too.
It’s going to be a loooong day with a lot of walking.
That’s gonna kill my legs so I’m taking a fucking cane to rest on when needed.
I might be old and fucked up but I still know how to Rock.
Saw them twice I envy you once was with my son. Best bonding ever.
I have another idea for you. Being a 73 yr old dude I can’t fight the good fight anymore. But one can still find excellent rock in small clubs, lots of new acts.
My fav I saw in Austin, Band Maid in a crowd of 300 and it the best concert I have ever been to and I have seen them all

Do you need another temporary son or nephew to take?
Though not in my usual repertoire, that song struck a chord. Added Slipknot’s self titled first album to my Amazon cart for an audition.
The only similar album in my collect is Drowning Pool’s “Sinner”.
So we will see…
Good on ya, there is not a lot of good music anymore.
What a bland fucking world it would be without Rock & Roll, eh?
Have fun Phil
